 Customer Protection
In order to protect the general public's, and our customers' interests, their Gold Accounts, and funds, EuroGoldExchanges may investigate any trade that might be suspicious or questionable. In such cases, customers may be asked to provide picture ID and/or other pertinent information, in order to prove that they are indeed legitimate customers. Should proper information or documentation not be supplied to its satisfaction, EuroGoldExchanges reserves the right to refuse service and not process orders. In such cases, EuroGoldExchanges will refund whatever it would have received, minus a flat US$/€uro 20.- administration fee. (*)
Warranty
EuroGoldExchanges provides its web site and services «as is» and without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory. We provide exchange services to our customers according to their own requests, and do not in any way favor, advertise, promote, vouch for or otherwise recommend any DGC over others. Customers are responsible for their own Due diligence on whatever they order.
Liability Limit
In no event shall we or our suppliers be held responsible for lost profits or any special, incidental or consequential damages arousing out of, or in connection with our site, our services or these terms and conditions, however arising.
If, for any reason whatsoever, EuroGoldExchanges is not able to process an order as requested by a customer, EuroGoldExchanges will only be liable and will refund the customer for the same amount, and in the same form it had received Gold, Funds, or otherwise from its customer.
Customers hereby wave any right to any additional compensation beyond a refund in the form described above (*).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold EuroGoldExchanges and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by yourself and/or any party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or otherwise arising out of the use of the EuroGoldExchanges services.
* Note :
Acts of fraud, fraud attempts, transactions related to fraud, illegal or otherwise suspicious activity attempts against EuroGoldExchanges, DGC operators, associates thereof, or the general public will result in any and all of EuroGoldExchanges's obligation stated on this web site to be voided, and EuroGoldExchanges sharing any known information related to the act with appropriate Law Enforcement, Banking Authorities, as well as with e-Gold, G&SR, OmniPay, e-Bullion, C-gold, Pecunix, or any other interested business parties.
EuroGoldExchanges offers its services as a third party, and is not related to e-gold, G&SR, OmniPay, e-Bullion, C-gold, Pecunix, or any other party, featured or not on this web site.
